Life as a caretaker can be hard.

I have discovered four core areas of our lives we need to strengthen in our daily:
* Spiritual
* Mental
* Emotional
* Physical.
We can lean into the many emotions we feel daily and find hope when we are feeling overwhelmed. Is it possible to find joy in the midst of painful circumstances? YES!
Each week, I bring to the community a different topic/speaker who can help us navigate our journey as caretakers. Meaningful conversations that will encourage, provide information, and let us as caretaker's understand they we not alone on our journeys.
